My name is John Kwei,  broker and founder of Fine Homes R E Services, Inc.  I started as a loan officer in 1982, after initiated more than 1,000 loan applications, I started a new company to do both real estate sales and land development.  In 1989, I successfully operated three different companies in Mortgage, Real Estate Sales, Home Building and Land development.   In 1993, I decided to start my own Commercial Real Estate company and during this time, I saw the changes of the real estate industry.
